The room offered an incredible view of the Danube River, which was one of the highlights of our stay. I loved the luxurious pool on the top floor, especially during early mornings when I had it mostly to myself. The high-tech features in the room were a fun touch. Breakfast offerings were extensive, and the staff's attentiveness during dining made it a pleasure. the extra charges for amenities like the spa and pool felt excessive and not well communicated. We faced noise issues from outside and from the room above given the hotel's rating. The check-in experience was somewhat confusing, with unclear communication about additional charges. The staff did try to assist when problems arose, but responsiveness varied significantly.

Had a braw stay in a room with a grand view o' Castle Hill! The bathroom was cracking wi' a fantastic shower—just pure luxury! Only downside was the noise from above. felt like elephants were stompin' about! A wee bit more soundproofing would make it perfect!

We had the most amazing room with killer views of the river! The brekkie was lekker with loads of options, and the staff were super friendly, always ready to help. The spa was so chill, best indoor pool I’ve seen!

We had an upgrade to a nice room with a great view, looking out over the river! ! The location was perfect for early morning runs along the waterfront! It felt like a true escape.
It was a bit on the pricier side, but considering the amenities, it was reasonable.

the grand hotel has a lovely location by the danube river, with great restaurants nearby. our castle hill view room was spacious and had an incredible shower! breakfast was simply amazing and the wellness area was a fantastic place to unwind.
the rooftop spa charges extra, which can add up quickly.

Awesome river views and great breakfast!
I had such a lovely stay! Got super lucky with an upgrade to a riverview suite. The views of the Danube were just breathtaking! Breakfast was top-notch too, tons of choices and cooked to order options. Just wish the noise from the street and nearby trams was quieter, it could get pretty loud at night.
